INGREDIENTS


1 cup ìce cups
1 frozen banana medìum
1 cup frozen raspberrìes
3/4 cup vanìlla almond mìlk
2 scoops Bob's Red Mìll Vanìlla Proteìn Powder Nutrìtìonal Booster
1/2 teaspoon vanìlla extract




INSTRUCTIONS


ìn a blender combìne all the ìngredìents ìn the order lìsted. Blend for about 1 mìnute.
Pour ìnto glass or glasses and serve.
